Information we collect on this website

Operator application form. If you apply to become an Operator, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, intended operating area and how you heard about us.

Security and technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not an automated program, is submitting it.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use application details only to review and respond to your application. Form submissions are sent to us by email and are not stored on this website. We keep application emails for 12 months and then delete them.

Information collected at an assessment

Assessments are delivered by independent local businesses under their own names. At your session you receive a printed report. If you ask for it, a password-locked copy is also sent to you by email. Your personal assessment data is erased within 7 days.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and handle email, such as Cloudflare, or where the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting [email protected]. You may also have additional rights under the privacy laws of the state where you live.

Children

This website and the assessments it describes are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
